Hello to everyone!
So it seems it`s my turn to write here something...
I`m Dejan (as you probably know it), I was born in Dalmatia (region in Croatia), live in Serbia right now but many times think about my homeland.
Think through the music and some songs I`m immediately transported to Zadar and would love to present you some of my favorite shots that represent Dalmatia.
Here is Dalmatino, hope you`re gonna like it.

Dobro jutra (or something like that!). Croatia is a BEAUTIFUL country and I would like to visit someday - especially Dubrovnik, for some personal reasons. :-)

Must be honest, Joao was very surprised when he heard me singing these songs.
I love music, many styles and almost can find myself in any "territory".

ResponderEliminarfoi realmente uma idéia gira o Déjan fazer um post aqui no blog; mas há que realcar algo para não criar confusões: ele nasceu em Zadar na região da Dalmácia, que hoje faz parte da Croácia, mas é sérvio, os seus pais são sérvios e na altura era tudo Jugoslávia; agora vive em Belgrado e apenas o pai vive em Zadar, onde ele vai todos os anos em Agosto, com grande satisfação e realmente a costa dálmata é muito bonita...

ResponderEliminarcomo já expliquei nós estamos actualmente na Sérvia, em Belgrado; resulta que devido à alteração político-geográfica desta região balcanica, um antigo país, a Jugoslavia, deu origem a diversos estados, sendo um a Croácia, onde o Déjan nasceu, mas de família sérvia, pelo que ele hoje é sérvio, embora muito ligado culturalmente à região da Dalmácia (costa adriática da Croácia), mas nem por isso se identifica nada com o estatuto político e com a mentalidade do povo realmente croata; dai, ele sempre optar por dizer que nasceu na Dalmácia do que na Croácia, país recente que é bastante antagónico politicamente, da Sérvia, embora com uma língua comum, mas com religiões diferentes e nacionalismos por assim dizer opostos, devido à terrivel guerra dos Balcãs.
Independentemente de tudo isto, a região costeira da Croácia é de uma indiscutível beleza.
